Welcome to Being AI Ready. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at beingaiready.com (the “Site”). Please read them carefully — by using the Site, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. What we offer

Being AI Ready publishes educational articles about artificial intelligence and maintains a curated directory of AI tools. Everything on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. We are an independent publisher; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the tools or companies we write about unless we explicitly say so.

3. Not professional advice

Our content is not professional advice. It is not a substitute for legal, financial, tax, medical, security, or other professional guidance, and it should not be relied on as such. AI tools and their features, pricing, and policies change quickly, and content may become outdated. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making decisions. Any action you take based on information from the Site is at your own risk.

4. Permitted use

You may access and use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
• Copy, scrape, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of our content without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or overload the Site or its infrastructure.
• Introduce malware, spam, or automated abuse, or misuse any forms or contact channels.
• Use the Site or its content to train machine-learning models without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its original content — text, articles, graphics, the visual design, logos, and layout — are owned by Being AI Ready or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. The names, logos, and trademarks of third-party tools belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes only. You may share short quotations or links to our articles with attribution, but you may not reproduce them wholesale without our permission.

6. Submitting a tool

Our tool directory includes a “Submit a tool” form. When you submit a tool, the following applies:

• You confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it.
• Submitting a tool does not guarantee it will be listed, reviewed, or featured. We curate the directory editorially and may accept, decline, edit, categorize, or later remove any listing at our sole discretion.
• We do not charge for submissions, and a submission does not create any partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
• You grant Being AI Ready a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the information you submit for the purpose of evaluating and, if we choose, describing the tool on the Site.
• Please don’t submit confidential information, or content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or spam.

7. Third-party links, tools & affiliate disclosure

The Site links to third-party websites and tools that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and information; a link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content, products, pricing, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of a third-party tool is governed by that tool’s own terms and policies.

Some links on the Site may be affiliate links, which means we could earn a small commission if you sign up for or purchase a product through them — at no extra cost to you. This never influences our editorial opinions or which tools we recommend; our recommendations are based on merit. Where affiliate relationships exist, we aim to be transparent about them.

8. Availability of the Site

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Being AI Ready and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the principal place of business of the Site’s operators, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
